Doctor Who: Series 10 Complete Reviews Breakdown

This is all based off my reviews that I have done following all episodes off Peter Capadli's Doctor. He is the Doctor for me on here and I have not marked any other Doctor in the proper episodic score system. Let's see what I have done for him using my, what I would call, unreliable system of scoring Doctor Who but one  I will surely keep as a don't like change and I believe it is different to other peoples reviews on the web.

Of course also important to know that Series 10 is not over yet, despite the feeling that it is, until Christmas.

Just before look at stories you can tell that the Series 10 final did well with the second part slightly letting down the first and also not achieving the 80% threshold. The Monk trilogy did well with its first two being second and fourth and both being quite ahead of the other 9 episodes. However the last instalment of the Monk trilogy ranked at the lowest of the top 13.

Well in terms of episodes Series 10 is a mix with most of the episodes fitting in to the bottom half, in fact all but four do actually appear there. Series 10 was very tight in scores and very consistent. Most episodes were between 70% and 75%. No new episode did enter the 60% bracket but the Lie of the Land was close. The Zygon Invasion from series 9 is the highest non-Steven Moffat episode in 8th place meaning Moffat pens the top 7. World Enough and Time is the highest rated episode since Death in Heaven and slots in to 4th place, beating every episode of Series 9. Series 10 in terms of epiodes is quite a lot lower than previous series.

Again in terms of stories Series 10 are very much grouped together with 5 episodes all slotted together between The Caretaker and the Girl who Died.

For Stories Deep Breath - Hell Bent the companion present is Clara. For the Husbands of River Song the score is River then Nardole. From Return of the Doctor Mysterio it is Bill then Nardole.

Now before I evaluate these scores I have to say I do disagree with a lot of them now. Peter Capaldi managed to secure 10 on 8 occasions, series 10 being the lowest number of 10's for him being 2. However as Series 10 hasn't finished it is more than likely that Capaldi will get a 10 in his final episode. Clara in two series managed 3 10's, Bill managed none and Nardole managed 1 (not a companion at that point though...). Capaldi as well as the 8 10's also managed 15 9's and 15 8's. Capaldi has never got anything lower than 8 so that is impressive. For Clara as well as the 3 10's she also managed 2 9's, 9 8's and 8 7's. Clara even got high than the Doctor on 3 occasions. Bill managed no 10's, 3 9's, 6 8's and 3 7's. Bill beat the Doctor once. Nardole has managed 1 10, no 9's, 3 8's, 4 7's and a 6.
