22. Mystery of a Thousand Moons
23. Storm over Ryloth
24. Innocents of Ryloth
25. Liberty of Ryloth
26. Hostage Crisis

Differences: Four episodes are added on to the beginning of the season 1 that we know. All four episodes were later turned into the Clone Wars feature film, however in the original run the episodes are out of order to how they appear in the film. The story starts with the episode featured on Teth and runs from there to the end of the film and then the "New Padawan" story is when Ahsoka joined Anakin, serving as a flashback.

Season 2 and 3

The same as aired.

Season 4

1. Shadow Warrior

3. Gungan Attack
4. Prisoners
5. Mercy Mission

Differences: Shadow Warrior was moved to Episode 4 by the Production team as they thought that a more action packed adventure would be better for the first episode of the season. An Old Friend, Rise of Clovis and Crisis at Heart were originally in this season but as the season was longer than usual (25 instead of 22 episodes) the three were set for Season 5, however they were moved once more to Season 6.

Differences: Revival was moved to Episode 1 because George Lucas wanted to continue with the story of Darth Maul from the first episode. An Old Friend - Crisis at Heart were moved again to Season 6 and replaced with the 4 part youngling arc which was made exclusively for Celebration 6 but for reasons unknown (properly to get the number to 20).

The Dark Disciple story along with four more episodes of the seventh season will be release in a novel called Dark Disciple. Enemy of my Enemy-Showdown on Dathomir was released in comic form.

The Phantom Menace: Things you may not know

The Phantom Menace is considered by most fans and critics to be the worst of the Star Wars Saga but there are many things you may not know.

1. The "Phantom" - In Revenge of the Sith, Chancellor Palpatine tells Anakin about  Darth Plagueis. He says that Darth Plagueis can use Medicholrians to create life. You can take two things from this. 1. Palpatine is lying. 2. It is possible that Plagueis (who we know was around during the events of the Phantom Menace) created Anakin himself.

2. The Force Child - In some sources it suggests that Palpatine knew that his master had created a force child (when he met Anakin on Naboo) and therefore that was the reason that he killed his master as he feared that Plageuis was going to use Anakin and replace Palpatine. Palpatine therefore used him for himself. Palpatine was already going behind his master's back by training a secret apprentice of his own.

3. Why on Tatooine? - Well the answer to that question is that Plageuis wanted his force child away from Coruscont. Palpatine knew how he was going to get Anakin to Corucont however.
You may remember that the communications were jammed so how was Darth Maul able to track them to Tatooine? Easy Palpatine knew they would land on Tatooine and told Maul to go there. Qui Gwon and Anakin would leave falling Palpatine to continue with his plot.

At first we just thought that Palpatine was leading both sides so that who ever one he would still come out on top but really he started the war to get the Jedi distracted from his main objective: The force child Anakin Skywalker to turn to the Dark Side.
