Differences in the Drafts and Real Things

A New Hope

• Luke's surname is Starkiller
• Han Solo is a Lizard
• C 3P0 and R2 D2 are called C3 and R2
• Wedge is called Chewie, this later becomes the nick name of Chewbacca.
• The Planet Luke lives on at the beginning is called Utapua. 
• Instead of Tatooine - Death Star - Yavin. The story goes Utapua - Space Station - Imperial Prison - Yavin.
• The Imperial Station is located above Alderaan, the Imperial Capital. The idea of A Cloud City later appeared in The Empire Strikes Back. 
• Luke and the team are rescued from the Imperial Prison by Rogue Squadron
• Obi Wan would survive all the way through, this was changed because George Lucas thought that Obi Wan was too important just to wait on Yavin during the Death Star Assault and he was too old to be a pilot.
• At the End it is Leia's uncle Bail Organa who gives the medels

The Empire Strikes Back

• Wampas and the ability to freeze people with touch.
• Yoda is known as Minch
• Piett dies
• Han Solo tries to recruit is Step Father to the Rebel Cause
• Lando Calrissian leads a group of Clones from the Clone Wars.

Return of the Jedi

• Ewoks are Wookies
• There are two Death Stars
• No Yoda (alive) or Piett
• Obi Wan and Yoda would have come to help Luke battle the Emperor as Force Spirits.
• Moff Jerjerodd would have been a Grand Moff and a big rival to Darth Vader.
• The opening would have seen Leia and Wedge discover the Death Stars.
• Luke would have put on Darth Vader's helmet and say "Now I am Vader"
• The location of the Emperor and Luke would have occurred on Heb Addoban now known as Coruscont.
• A Scene in which Boba Fett escapes the Salaarc. 
• General Veers lead the attack on Endor.

The Phantom Menace

• Qui Gwon Jinn does not appear until the arrival on Coruscont.
• Darth Maul had more dialog 
• Jar Jar Binks was more mature and less clumsy. 
• Anakin was going to be 12 not 9.
• Padmé asks Anakin to join the space flight instead of it being an accident.
• C 3P0 is mute and never leaves the house.
• Naboo is known as Utapua.

Attack of the Clones

• Count Dooku was to be a Asajj Ventress.
• Occurs 12 years after the Phantom Menace, not ten.
• Jango Fett is Ambu Fett
• The Jedi all have multiple colours which were: Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple and Grey.
• R4 P17 was to die in this film. 

Revenge of the Sith

• Han Solo was to be on Kashyyyk as a young boy.
