Differences: Four episodes are added on to the beginning of the season 1 that we know. All four episodes were later turned into the Clone Wars feature film, however in the original run the episodes are out of order to how they appear in the film. The story starts with the episode featured on Teth and runs from there to the end of the film and then the "New Padawan" story is when Ahsoka joined Anakin, serving as a flashback.

Differences: Shadow Warrior was moved to Episode 4 by the Production team as they thought that a more action packed adventure would be better for the first episode of the season. An Old Friend, Rise of Clovis and Crisis at Heart were originally in this season but as the season was longer than usual (25 instead of 22 episodes) the three were set for Season 5, however they were moved once more to Season 6.

An Old Friend - Crisis at Heart were moved again to Season 6 and replaced with the 4 part youngling arc which was made exclusively for Celebration 6 but for reasons unknown (properly to get the number to 20).
