Rogue One

Rogue One is the first of the star wars anthology series and the 6th Spin Off Film. It is due to be released on 16th December 2017. At Celebration VII, which happened last week the trailer was broadcast as well as the story plot. The story is set as a prequel to A New Hope where we will see how the Rebels stole the plans to the Death Star.


Han Solo and Boba Fett

After heavy speculation of what the second anthology film will be about it has been confirmed that the rumours are true and the story does follow Han Solo and Boba Fett as a Origins story. The spin off will be released in 2018.

When Disney took over Star Wars in 2013 it was announced this was the following schedule:

Information we know about Season 2.

• The Opening Episode is 1 hour long entitled "The Siege of Lothol" 
• It appears after the end of the episode Lothol does not appear a lot after this
• Sam Witwer forces Emperor Palpatine in this. He previously voiced Galen Marek in The Force Unleashed and Darth Maul and Son in The Clone Wars.
• Kanan Jarrus would rather remain a small group while Hera wants to be part of the bigger group
• Ezra appears to be more of a leader of the team then a follower.
• Ahsoka is important but not as near as important as the rest of the team.
• Phoenix Squadron is a rebel group lead by Captain Sato
• Darth Vader is main in Episode 1 but less in the rest of the series
• The Siege of Lothol airs in summer and the rest in Autumn. 
• There will be 22 episodes in Season 2 
• Maketh Tua wants to leave the Empire 
• Lothol is important to the Empire, but it is unknown why. 
• Maketh Tua is killed by Darth Vader
• Darth Vader beats both Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger but does not kill them.

Timeline for Episode 1:

- Kanan goes under cover in the factory.

- Maketh Tua contacts the team.

- Darth Vader is there but they escape.

- Agent Kallus burns Tarkintown

- Lando Calrissian agrees to get them off the planet.

- They try to save Maketh Tua but she is blown up by Darth Vader. 

- Kanan, Ezra and Ahsoka find out who Darth Vader is.

- A Air Battle

- Darth Vader arrives and destroys all but Captain Sato of Phoenix Squadron.

- Darth Vader informs Emperor Palpatine that Ahsoka lives and that Obi Wan is still out there

Episode VII

Jakku is the new planet in which The Vicar has crashed and is now an informant for Finn and Rey.

Kylo Ren pretends to be Darth Vader in order to take over the First Order. This ids one of the reasons on how Finn got to Jakku.

C 3P0 will now have two gold legs but will have one black arm.

Chewbacca has some grey hair

The empire is now called the first order and the rebel alliance is called the Resistance
