Star Wars the Last Jedi - who has met their end

The Last Jedi killed off many characters, perhaps more than you realised.

Of course the most major one was Luke who was the main character in the original trilogy. He has met his end off dying of exhaustion after making Kylo Ren perceive him from a distance. He died at the age of 53, only a few days after Han Solo.

Snoke, leader of the First Order also met his match being killed by Kylo Ren. It is unknown how old he is.

Phasma met her end too at the hands of Finn.

Ackbar died at the age of 84 after TIE Fighters hit the bridge of the Raddus

Vice Admiral Holdo met her end as well, piloting the Raddus into the Supremecy

Ematt, a major in the Force Awakens and then General died on Crait

Numerous other characters can be assumed dead as they were not on the millennium falcon at the end of the film. This includes the likes of X Wing pilots Snap Wexley and Jess Pava and Major Brance and Admiral Statura. Officers like Vodar Dund also presumably passed away along with PZ  4CO as well.
