Extremis offers no characters a placing in the top 10 but due to it being the first of a three parter it is possible that it will help characters in the long run. Publishing this just before the Series 10 finale part 1 airs I am aware that Missy could end up far up, probably eventually ending up fourth, removing Grand Gordon who will probably remain there all the way up to episode 11.
