Heaven Sent is the second of a three part story which serves as the final for Series 9. It features Peter Capaldi on his own and features the return of Gallifrey. The episode was longer at 55 minutes in length.
Series 9 has another attempt at a new concept, this time the Doctor on it' own. It wasn't perfect and quite confusing but the ending was very, very good.
Doctor Rating
Doctor Rating: 10/10
Absolute perfection
Enemy Rating
The Veil: 9/10
Creepy but the fact he kept on coming back to do the same thing each time was very repetitive.
Story Rating
Story: 8/10
Seriousness: 10/10
Scariness: 10/10
Continuity: 6/10
Humour: 3/10
Total: 37/50
Humour wasn't the intention so it isn't the episode's fault. Continuity is low because I thought they rapped the Hyprid story-arc to quickly.
