Doctor Who Classic Reviews #9: The Monster of Peladon

This is the 9th of the series. For the most recent review click here: The Arc of Infinity

The Monster of Peladon by Brian Hayles and heavily edited by Terrence Dicks

The Monster of Peladon is Jon Pertwee's penultimate adventure. It features the return of Peladon, Alpha Centuri and the Ice Warriors.

I believe this story to be a very underrated. However it is terrible compared to Curse of Peladon. It starts of boring with just another Peladon dispute but by the time the Ice Warriors arrive I think it really picks up.

Doctor Rating:

Doctor Rating: 7/10

I don't believe some of his actions to be realistic. Pertwee to upto his best.
