Doctor Who Classic Review #3: Ark in Space

The Ark in Space by Robert Holmes, from an idea by John Lucarroti

The Ark in Space is the begins a four episode arc in season 12 called the Nerva arc. The Ark in Space is the second episode of season 12 and Tom Baker's second episode and is considered the 2nd Best Story is that season.

In my opinion the Ark in Space is not as good as everyone says it is (that's not saying it's not good, because it is). The idea of the story is very good but the ending of the story seems to be very rushed as Noah leads his Wirrrin friends to the Ultimate doom. Apart from the ending it is a very good script.
Before I begin let's see how the Ark in Space pictures in Season 12 using the DWM Poll

DWM Poll: Season 12

1. Genesis of the Daleks: Brilliant
2. The Ark in Space: Brilliant
3. Robot: Good
4. The Sontaran Experiment: Good
5. Revenge of the Cybermen: Okay
