Standard Monarchy - The Government's leader is a Prime Minister, who has been elected to run the Government. The Monarchy is head of state. The Monarchy can also dissolve the Parliament if they feel it is necessary, decline any laws made by the prime minister and can declare war without Parliament's consent. This does not usually happens though. The Head of State passes on to the closest family member. Quite a few of these monarchies may be head of state of numerous countries, most notably the monarchs of the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands and Spain.

Absolute Monarchy - A Monarch who has power over all of the the country, government and the military forces. When the current Monarch dies their child becomes the new monarch.
Semi - Presidential Systems - These Countries have both a President and a Prime Minister. The Prime Minister runs the Government while the President is head of state. Both are voted in. The President can get ride of the Prime Minister if he feels that the Prime Minister is not fit for rule and can nominate a Prime Minister of his choice. In some countries the President can also be the Prime Minister
Presidential Systems - These countries are run by a President, who has been voted in. The President is head of state and runs the Government

FIFA World Cup Point System
I Have done a list of all the countries that have ever been in the FIFA World Cup. The Point system works like this: If the country wins they get the amount of points as there are contestants in the game. For example at the South Africa 2010 World Cup the winner would get 32 points, second 31, third 30 and so on. I have not included the Brazil 2014 results yet but I will do a second post when the final has finished. Some countries do not exist anymore so I have changed their name to their current name.
1. Germany - 335 points
2. Brazil - 327 points
